UE Chemicals is a specialty chemical supplier based at 104 Essen, 45001, Germany. We supply industrial-grade chemicals including Caluanie Muelear Oxidize, Red Liquid Mercury, and Silver Liquid Mercury for legitimate industrial, research, and commercial applications.

  • Payment terms will be specified in the Proforma Invoice. Orders are processed once payment is confirmed.
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship internationally using licensed hazardous materials carriers in compliance with applicable transport regulations (ADR, IATA, IMDG).
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on destination, customs clearance, and carrier schedules.
  • Risk of loss and title for products passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Regulatory Compliance

  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations regarding the purchase, import, handling, and use of chemical products.
  • Certain products may require permits, licenses, or end-use declarations. It is the buyer's responsibility to obtain these prior to ordering.
  • We comply with EU REACH Regulation (EC 1907/2006) and the EU Mercury Regulation (EU 2017/852) where applicable.

7. Safety and Handling

  • Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) are provided with all shipments.
  • Buyers must follow all safety guidelines, handling instructions, and storage requirements specified in the SDS.
  • UE Chemicals assumes no liability for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper handling, storage, or use of our products.
